Kolling seminar: Centering victim survivor voices in the study of sexual violence and migration

Research on sexual violence and migration often highlights expert voices, while migrant survivors remain unheard due to legal, safety or personal reasons.  This project proposes a trauma-informed, co-designed method to engage survivors directly, from design to dissemination.  Drawing on feminist and social science research, it outlines ethical interview approaches with migrant survivors of workplace sexual violence, including harassment, assault, trafficking, and slavery, aiming to center lived experience for deeper insight and potential healing.
